A building plan consists of elements such as elevations, electrical detailing,
plumbing, site plan, floor plans, structural plans, cross-sections, and
landscape drawings. It is extensively used by civil engineers and architects as
a reference during the building's construction.
A unit plan can be
defined as a plan created by the
selection of learning activities in a particular way as a means of presenting a
complete picture. Unit planning is a methodical arrangement of subject matter
and involves a series of learning experiences.
A
2 bhk apartment means that the unit has two bedrooms, one a standard-sized
master bedroom, and a second smaller room. Along with this, there is a hall
space, kitchen, and bathrooms that may be attached to the rooms.
A
3 bhk apartment means that the unit has three bedrooms, one a standard-sized
master bedroom, a second medium bedroom and a third small bedroom. Along with this, there is a hall space,
kitchen, two bathrooms that may be
attached to the rooms and available balcony.
Structure :
- Seismic zone II compliant RCC framed structure with isolated, combined foundation as per design, the external brick work 9 inch thick and internal brick work 4.5 inch thick.
Flooring :
- Vitrified tiles, marble for living and dining area, in other area designer ceramics tiles.
Kitchen :
